Kimberly obtained her real estate license in 2004 and has been active in real estate ever since. She joined Starks Realty Group in 2009, after managing a high-volume real estate office and has handled hundreds of real estate transactions throughout her career.
Since joining our team, Kimberly has successfully negotiated hundreds of short sales and maintained a 98% short sale closing ratio – far exceeding the 40% industry average. Her negotiation techniques are highly skilled; she is an expert in her craft. She has relationships with every major mortgage servicer, with direct-line access to many of the top loss mitigation officers.
Kimberly studies bank guidelines and short sale programs daily. She is an active member in the nationally-recognized Short Sale Inner Circle, which is a powerful mastermind of the top negotiators across the country.
In addition to short sales, Kimberly applies her honed skills to contract negotiation between buyers and sellers, ranging from sales price to repairs and contract terms. She oversees the entire contract-to-close department and personally handles every file after escrow has opened to the day of closing.
